My name is Bonnie Lawrence and am a Visiting Scholar in Psychology at New York University. My doctoral training, at Washington University in St. Louis, was in Experimental Psychology, and my post-doctoral training, at the Washington University School of Medicine, was in Systems Neuroscience.  I am very interested in visual perception, and in particular, how attention and action influence our visual perception of the world (see Publications).  In addition, I am interested in technical writing, analyzing “big data,” creating GIS maps (see Maps), and photography.
